People at Work has closed. The assessment data behind it doesn't have to be lost.

People at Work, the government's free psychosocial risk survey, went offline on 2 October 2026. For many Australian organisations it was the first structured look at psychosocial risk they ever had. With no government replacement, the question now is what happens to the data it produced. The useful answer is that the records are still yours. A People at Work result tells you where your workforce reported strain, and that is exactly the starting point a psychosocial risk assessment needs. What it cannot do on its own is show a regulator what you did about those findings: who owns each risk, which controls you put in place, and when you reviewed them. That is the gap a case file is built to close. If you ran People at Work, start by exporting or saving what you have before the access you rely on goes away. Then map each finding to a hazard in the register, record a named owner and a control for each one, and set a review date. PsychosocialGuard will bring your People at Work data across at no cost, so the findings can sit alongside the rest of your case file instead of in a spreadsheet nobody reopens. Once a finding has an owner, a control and a review date, it is a documented response rather than an old survey result.
